What I built
A reusable AI-assisted workflow. KPI input goes in, a coaching focus and a draft action plan come out, and the commitment gets captured at the end.
Why it matters
Good coaching becomes easier to repeat when the system supports the conversation without pretending the conversation can be automated away.
